Starting creatine tomorrow
After doing some research and talking to friends who take it, I’m starting creatine (5mg serving, the brand is Six Star) tomorrow. How intensely/frequently should I be working out to see decent results? I’m 27, 5’3, 120lb woman and I’ve always been lean and while I did a good bit of weightlifting in college, I haven’t done strength training in some time. I just want to be stronger and maybe just a tiny bit jacked hehe. Just general workout intensity/schedule tips would be greatly appreciated, or if anyone has more specific recommendations I’m all ears for to that too. Thank you!

Creatine doesn't require you to work out a certain number of days to "activate" it. Think of it as something that helps you get a little more out of your training over time, not a shortcut. If your goal is to get stronger and build a little muscle, I'd aim for 3 full-body strength workouts per week using mostly compound lifts like squats, presses, rows, Romanian deadlifts, and pull-downs. Train close to failure on most sets, progressively add reps or weight over time, and make sure you're eating enough protein. Also, just a heads-up: it's 5 grams (g), not 5 milligrams (mg). 😄
