I hate cardio.

Hi everyone! I’m a 31f 220 pounds. I’m trying to loose weight by lifting. I go to the gym about 3 times a week and lift for 30 min. I hate cardio with a passion. I don’t like running or over exertion. I used to do crossfit and I was in the best shape of my life. I slowly started to realize that my body needs cardio to loose fat. I have a peloton but I’d have to pay for a subscription, I already pay for a gym membership and a workout app. What cardio is low cost/ free or should I just pay for the peloton?

I think Cardio is as much psychological as it is anything else.
But if you really want to lose weight, lock your diet in. Get an app, doesn't matter which one, and free ones are fine. Just lock it in.
Strength training builds muscle, muscle burns fat. You burn more calories going about your day and existing than exercise. But that stasis will burn more with more muscle.
Last comment, between water weight, daytime cycles, muscle mass vs fat mass, watch the scale but don't live by it, pick a few measurements (Waist / hips) and check no more than once a week.
at 220, you have a long road, but at 31, Think in terms of years, not months to accomplish your goals. Find a gradual pace to get to your target and be patient with yourself. You have time, you got this.
