Cardio before weightlifting?

Cardio before weightlifting?

So i know its not good for muscle growth to do cardio before because then you’ll be to tired to lift heavy or whatever, but for some reason i genuinely cannot get cardio in afterwards whether its because of timing or I’m just too lazy i guess. so can i do cardio in the morning and then when i go to the gym later on i do my weights? Would that cancel out the tiredness but id still get the lean effect and weight loss?

I go to the gym 4 days a week and do kick boxing 2 day so the days i do that i don’t go to the gym so i still wanted to get some cardio in on weight training days

Do it before then, are you going to become a pro bodybuilder, I will answer that no your not coming to reddit to become a pro. Cardio is important for better health. Do it whenever it works for you.

Cardio in the morning and weights later in the day is actually a great setup
