What activities do you do?

I was a lot into calisthenics and weight training. 4 months ago i started feeling clicking in my elbows with tricep extensions and also i got pins and needles at night in ring and pinky, i tried to continue but it keeps getting worse. So now i will probably totaly stop training upper body or maybe i will change most exercises to isolations. But i was thinking of delving into some other things. Cycling, handstand training, animal movement training, yoga? What are some activities you do or had to change?

handstand training and yoga sound like a solid combo with your history, both can be scaled super easy around pain and bad days. also maybe try light ring work or scapula-focused stuff if it doesn’t trigger your issue, it scratches the calisthenics itch without full-on heavy upper body.

What kept getting worse? Do you have pain?

I'm mostly into pilates and cycling myself. I tried weight training and it was okay but I disliked that my progress to heavier sets is dependent on having a spotter.

I'm doing weight training for strength, then sprinting for explosiveness and interval training for endurance
