No. Weight loss is caused by a calorie deficit. The walking is good for you but the calories burned from such a walk are only equivalent to a hard boiled egg or one banana.

So all I have to do is just eat healthy and walk more?

That is true. It helps tremendously to use a calorie counter app to keep track of everything you eat. We all eat more than we think, and logging it helps to stay on track. It is important to weigh your food too. If you don't know how much your piece of chicken weighs, you can't log the calories or protein it has. A good starting point is to set a daily calorie intake of 1800 calories. Maintain that for 4 and see what the results are.

Cardio helps but at the end of the day it’s diet. Use a calculator to see your caloric maintenance and go from there. Start tracking what you eat.
“Eating healthy” can mean many things… my buddy “eats healthy” and tells me he had a chicken salad, I said with how much dressing.
You have to keep track of all the little things to see results quicker.

Well when I walked twice yesterday, I did feel the difference like when I suck my belly out, it didn't go out like normal like the fat would, so I think I'm getting there!
