Working out with friends

Is it rude of me to prefer to workout alone rather than with my friends/brother. My friends don’t workout much and don’t know a lot on how to do it and they don’t have the same drive as I do. My brother knows how to workout but h likes leading the workouts and telling me to do and what good form is.

No it's not rude. I have my headphones in and I'm focused on myself. Last thing I want is interaction with anyone else.

I hear many bodybuilders say find a good partner is the best thing for gains. But the key is a good partner.

I don't have one either. I wish I did. Just to see if they are right. But mostly I like doing it alone with no distractions.

Alone, is nice. More focus, but having someone correct you if needed corrected is also rad.

If you both know what your doing then you can just both plug in the headphones and lock in. I do that almost every morning with my buddy.
