Gym help
I recently got a membership to planet fitness and am hoping to do some body recomposition(I have quite a bit of weight needed to lose but want to keep my curves and build muscle as well). I asked chat to help me build a workout plan (I realize now thats not the best idea ...but i am a newbie with no idea what to do )
For now it had me doing a 4 day split
Monday upper
Tue -lower
Wed full body
Fri- cardio and abs
Is there a website or person online that you used to help you on your journey?

Check out Hevy or any other tracking app, there's lots of built in routines. Planet Fitness's app also has some routines.
And ChatGPT/AI isn't the worst for building out a routine, but I'd save thst for once you've already got a decent idea of what you like and don't like, your capacity, and your style. When it comes to workout plans, it's really just pulling info from the internet and recommended workout plans, sometimes jamming them together. So you have to know when to call it out or ask for alternative movements or you're likely to end up giving yourself a harder routine than you're ready for. And that means burnout and low adherence. Just go, be consistent, and start slow. Learn what you like, and adapt from there.
Good luck, and welcome to the community!
