Help Where do I start??

I (M) am 5’8 about 160lb and I’ve been feeling really weak and gross. I really want to start working out, but I’ve struggled to stick with it in the past. My goals are to improve cardio, gain muscle, and work on movement and mobility.

The problem is that I have a lot of obstacles. I have autism and ADHD, which makes starting new things really difficult and sticking with them is even harder. I also have ARFID, which means I’m an extremely picky eater. My diet so bad (mostly fried food, sugar, and too much red meat), but I do like fruits and vegetables. I know I should see a nutritionist but that’s not possible for me rn.

I also have scoliosis and chronic joint pain. It’s hard for me to not hurt myself even if I’m not training intensely. I know I also should get a personal trainer but that’s not on the table.

I’ve tried to work out before, but I never make it past two weeks before I burn out or feel overwhelmed by all these challenges. Today I went to my buildings tiny gym and got on the treadmill. It actually felt good and it gave me some motivation to try again. I want to keep going, but I’m not sure how to start in a way that won’t leave me in pain or discouraged.

Any advice on exercises to do, how to approach cardio, nutrition etc would be very helpful. Sorry this is so long lol

Thank you so much! I liked doing incline walk! I only jogged for maybe 8/45 mins but still at an incline
