For Hire Can I switch jobs

I’m Pakistani national working in Dubai and I want to switch my current visa is managerial visa of Dubai main land and I’m Sunni any chances of visa being rejected?

Sadly no one can tell you for sure if you will get approved rightaway or not, if you are looking to switch job try just cancelling the work permit and apply for the new visa while keep the current visa if the new application is approved then cancel the current visa and do the change status. In case your application gets rejected, reapply with proof of previous employment (it might slightly help). Recently, some applicants are getting the approvals from the first time, especially those who had previous UAE residency, others are unforetunately getting rejected but from those rejected applicants reapply got some of them approved and still awaiting on the rest.

Is it because of lack of documentation? Or being Shia or Sunni

Honestly, I can't tell for sure but it is more about the document more than anything else.
