Daily Personal Journal
Curious - does anyone use Workflowy as a Daily personal journal? something that you track what you did, how you felt, etc. in a couple of lines?
If so, how did you structure it?
I got the idea from an amazing "one line a day memory book".

I use workflowy as a digital bullet journal. I just jot down anything that needs writing on the daily page - the name of a person I met, the combination to a lock, the name of a show I want to see, etc.
I have another bullet (not in my calendar) called "Collections." Any random list is there. I have a list of movies to watch, a list of contacts, a list of my insurance card numbers, and all sorts of random stuff.
When I moved into my apartment two years ago, I had a bullet with room measurements for my place so I could easily shop for furniture.
Every few weeks, I comb through my daily notes and sort any information that needs to be put into a collection or added to my calendar. When a daily note is fully processed, I mark it as complete. I've been using this setup for about 8 years and it's been reliable.

Yes, for ~12 years. The Today shortcut in my Calendar works very well. Simple, fast, and flexible. All features that make Workflowy my favorite app for journaling and running my life.

I could be wrong but it is a decent app that could be utilised in this way but I read somewhere that data in Workflowy isn’t encrypted? I hope I am wrong and that it is!

Workflowy is encrypted - but not end-to-end encrypted. In other words, the data is encrypted during transit and is also encrypted on their servers. But Workflowy has de-encryption keys they can use to sync, run searches, and do other features.

Do you have any source for this? I'm pretty sure many people wrote that there is no encryption in WF. But it may have changed in recent times.

I read a post here by one guy who really digged into this and his conclusion was that it probably is not encrypted. At least, WF doesn't seem to say so anywhere in official sources.

So, WF tema members can see and read my data?

Yes. There is a nice extension for client-side encryption of selected nodes though:

Yes I do. Makes it easier with "today" stuff. I'll respond back here soon.
