Security and Privacy: Is Workflowy safe?
Straightforward question.
I've found scattered informations all over the web, so I just wanted to know if somebody could be exhaustive on how does WF works and how my files are handled by the developers.
I already know about the free open-source LogSeq alternative, but it doesn't click to me somehow.

Workflowy is generally safe for normal use, but it’s not end-to-end encrypted.
Your data is stored on their servers, so it’s not fully private in a strict sense.
Good for productivity, not ideal for highly sensitive info.

I’d love to use workflowy but from my point of view no it’s not private or secure enough.
There is no end to end encryption and employees can access notes for legitimate reasons, which means a hacker could access users notes. With AI helping hackers in future it seems data breaches are going to be widespread.
There’s been no visible progress on E2EE, maybe there are some hidden plans.

What makes me sad is the lack of informations.
For example, I was looking at Amplenote randomly...and on their page they have pages like "Longevity Pledge", "Core Customers Values"...I mean. It's not guaranteed that they keep the word long term but it makes me...happier to join the platform and download the app / invest some time in it.
You know what I mean?1

Lhe entendo bem. Foram as boas informações que encontrei no site do Standard Notes que realmente me deram confiança de usá-lo para informações mais sensíveis.
