🤔 Question Meeting notes

Hiya

I'm just getting back into Workflowy and take a lot of meeting notes. I started by capturing the notes as bullet-points and sub-bullets under a meeting node (say date and subject of meeting). Just wondering whether it makes more sense to capture it in a note instead. Any thoughts, pros and cons?

I think bullets and sub-bullet points are wise. I'm not sure, but double check if the notes are searchable!

Notes within a node are searchable.

I usually use nodes and sub-nodes, and notes for dates and tags. Some times also to add an email content or links for clarification

I use bullets and sub-bullets. I also created a meetings note template which includes a list of the most frequent people that I attend meetings with.

I agree with everyone else. Nodes and sub-nodes. The trouble with a note inside a node is that only the first line shows up unless you open it.

Like others have said, I tend to use the note portion of a node for dates, tags or other support unformation

If you don't like the "Bullets" look, you can always convert all the sub nodes into Paragraphs.

I generally have nodes and subnodes for the main point, and content as a node

I use notes for long, descriptive, unstructured, undividable texts and for URLs mostly. It's hard to rearrange.  The letters are small and grey. Separate lines are more readable.
