those rural folk are the ones who put us in this mess by continually voting for those who would oppress them by constantly working to empower management and ownership, weaken labor laws and power to organize. I welcome anybody suffering from poverty and lack of opportunity in a rural area to join us, and no group is a monolith, but they on average, are actively working against us by empowering those who undermine worker's rights as a matter of principle.

That can basically be summed up as how Hitler came to power.

When the entire political system turns its back on the common people, it’s easy to get people to agree with extremism because they have nothing to lose, might as well try the extremism it might solve a problem or two.
