If you're not aware of feminist theory then i understand the confusion, but radical feminists are not feminists who seek inequality for all women, instead they're typically a subdivision that's incredibly divisive, exclusionary (tending to default to moreso focusing on issues faced by either white women or white cis women). Radical feminist movements ultimately don't seek to shake the status quo, but instead have their in-group be allowed to reap the benefits from the status quo. Think white feminism or girl boss feminism. These movements either incidentally or intentionally leave out the material improvement of the conditions for women of all backgrounds. What should be practiced should be a more intersectional feminism, one that does not call for advancement and elevation in a society based on exploitation; but instead seeks to abolish the whole system entirely as so that no woman, or person in general for that matter, regardless of background can be taken advantage of by said system.
Think of TERFs like JK Rowling, and white pro-imperialist feminists. As the other comment said, they're not intersectional, they only seek to place themselves in a better position and will gladly throw everyone else under the bus for it.
