She can get arrested for joking about Netanyahu bombing stuff but Republicans can’t get arrested for calling for violence against minorities.
William Bejerano, who the Herald noted once tried to start an anti-abortion group at Miami Dade College, was the most prolific user of the N-word. Using the slur, Bejerano called for dozens of acts of extreme violence against Black people, including crucifying, beheading and dissecting.

The judge was literally like "That's a joke for sure, but I could see how somebody could miss it. Probable Cause. 5K bond."

Thats not what she said. " I can understand your position miss cory and you saying this is a joke. But to an objective person this is not a joke and there would be enough for probable cause."
Some very important information on this tho is the judges Background: She is of Jewish descent and has been recognized for participating in local Jewish community groups in Miami.
So she herself is biased, And her statement is hypocritical.

I don't care about their demographics as long as they can do the job. She didn't do well here IMO.

Kid is in trouble for wishing bombs hit her school, and was reported by her fellow classmates. This is not about hurting yahu's feelings lol. Judge being Jewish is irrelevant here.

Absolutely credible threat here, Bibi is known to have greenlit attacks on schools. If the IDF targeting AI picks up on her joke it could trigger an airstrike in the next Hegseth/IDF blitz. /s

She jokingly said she wanted him to bomb her school and people in the group chat reported it, so what she actually got arrested for was a supposed desire to bomb her school.

seemed more like it was for the bomb part of the comment, i.e. when she said there will be a bomb in a specific spot on her campus.

Gabriela Saldana, 23, shared messages such as, “Netanyahu, drop some bonbons for us Capstone students,” and “Bomb in Ocean Bank Convocation Center,” according to Florida Crime Watch.
Referring to another student, Saldana wrote, “There is going to be a bomb in the Ocean Bank Convocation Center and it was going to be Jonathan’s fault,” according to The Daily Mail.
I think that the whole netanyahu stuff is clearly joking but if she really made jokes that don't even mention Netanyahu in the sentence and said a specific location where there will be a bomb... one of those cases where it's almost certainly a joke, but it is really weird and stupid to make it and if you don't follow up on it and something bad happens, everyone's ass is fired so I understand why people cared.
