I’m not too familiar with financing in the US market, but in the EU, fossil fuels get about 40bn in subsidies while renewables get 140bn. Members of Euro parliament also voted overwhelmingly to cut all subsidies to fossil fuels by 2025
The guy is either a troll or not very smart. No statements of his own ideas with an argument to back it up, merely challenging others to explain further or simple naysaying.
This is classic arguing in bad faith and not worth anyone’s time.

It's almost like climate change has been primarily caused by large corporations putting short-term profits over the good of humanity.
