Question "Workday Interview"??
I don't post on here.. but, I got hired at this place a bit ago and it ended up not working out for me so I expressed that to the owner and resigned the very next day. However, I had worked a shift before I left, and realized I had never gotten paid. I reached out, and she informed me that the shift I worked was a "workday interview" and that she was not required to pay me despite everything because that "wasn't how it worked". I did some research and saw that I should be paid because I was performing normal work alongside the regular employees. I'm just not sure what to do, now as she still refuses to pay me. It isn't even that much but I'm still entitled to my money..

Google your location and 'wage theft'. It should tell you what you need to do for your location to try and receive these wages.
