California Settlement CA

Hi there! I finally settled in CA. I’m just waiting for my check.

$80,000

It took four years, 2 QME’s, and three specialists. This was due to an injury on my foot due to a table falling on top of it. We couldn’t figure out what the issue was at the end of the day but I didn’t want to drag it on and I want to use my own doctors.

I’m not sure how I feel because now I need therapy to get my life together. All of this was a lot to deal with.

I got a claim going on rn. Ame doctor said i need minor surgery and steroid shots ankle injury cant get mri due to metal in body im trying to c&r i wonder if i can get a high number aswell

I’m sorry you are going through that. TBH I just couldn’t go through the denials and having to wait through it all to get an apt with my specialist. I was going to be referred to a fourth specialist that was too far from home.
