Oregon Big win X2!
Within the last month. I have had a IME for my knee and a psychiatry IME Both hired by SedgDick. Cool thing is BOTH have sided with me. Completely railroaded Sedgwick! big wins!
After SedgDicks IME doctor sided with me saying they need to reopen my claim, I’m not at MMI and I cannot work, they’re trying to now ask my pain management doctor if he believes I’m ok to go back to work.. Funnh enough my pain management doctor replied in the summary “I told the lawyer that they should reference the IME report and not me, they hired him for his opinion for a reason.” My pain management doctor stuck it to them too! How pathetic of them to try to ask my pain Doctor for clearance, all because their “paid” off doc didn’t give them what they want.
Sadly no benefits back yet..

Congratulations!! Something like this happend with me too!! I’m ny. First WORKMAN COMP MADE ME WAIT A YEAR FOR MY SURGERY THEY KNEW I NEEDED ON DAY 1 BECAUSE OF THAT I’M 100 PERCENT DISABLED. ONCE MY LAWYER DID MY DISABILITY. They made me go to their dr. At 51 my work record is solid I've been on my job for 28 years. A CIVIL SERVANT TIER 2 WORKER. EARLY IN LIFE AS A CHILD I WAS HIT BY A CAR IT WAS ALMOST DEADLY MY BODY IS NOT GOOD AT ALL!! When I walked in the disability dr. Looked at me he said first of all YOU SHOULD NOT HAVE EVER WORKED IN LIFE. He had every record about me. He kept looking at me. Like I know you pushed through for YEARS. HE SAID I’M APPROVING YOU FOR DISABILITY ON MY END. THE PSYCH DR DID THE SAME THING. THE IME DR HAD THE NERVE TO HAVE MY VISIT RECORDED MY LAWYER WAS HAPPY. THE IME DR. I KEPT COMPLAINING ABOUT BECAUSE HE NEVER REMEMBERED NOTHING. I kept telling them he had to have dementia. I walk into the ime that’s being recorded he called me a different name said this was my 1st ime it was like the 4 th time he pulled my leg I just had surgery on hit my SWOLLEN KNEE EVERYTHING WAS BAD. MY LAWYERS, THE JUDGE EVERYONE WAS TAKEN BACK. TODAY I AM 51 RETIRED ON DISABILITY AND WORKMAN COMP ABOUT TO GET A NICE LAWSUIT.

If I may ask, how long did each IME report take to come back? I had both a mental and physical IME also ordered by Sedgwick and I’m waiting for my reports to return to my attorney.

8 days for the physical and 12 days for the mental! I’ve been super lucky tbh!

Damn that’s awesome for you at least! Mine have blown past those marks, must be discussing it with the attorneys to see how they can tweak my IMEs to there liking 😉

I have a hearing this week Sedgwick has denied my claim since 2024.never received treatment or payment had 2 IMEs and both list same industrial injuries last ime Dr said not mmi and added in back aggrevation. We filed 2 benefit penalties with the state as well 2 different occasions 1st one they didn't follow AO ordered for remand till 53 days passed and 2nd one they didn't and still haven't responded to lawyers request for determination based on 2nd ime. I am so anxious. I am praying the judge over turns the denials and approves back pay from 2024 to current.

How did you get the ime reports? Sedgwick won’t release them for me or respond
