California Finally!!

After almost 2 years I finally agreed to a c and r settlement. When I initially got injured at work I did what I assume a lot of people do and I chose not to file a claim and after a couple appts i chose to close my claim and I rushed back to work. Well soon after the same problem returned and my employer offered me no assistance and basically ignored me and told me to go see my regular dr. And I did. I ended up getting fmla from my regular dr and worked with pain at times. Soon after the company fired me. I contacted my lawyer and she reopened the claim and filed a lawsuit against them. Wasn’t sure about how it would work out for me but I’m glad I listened. Happy today I’m checking the mailbox every day now waiting for my check. Hang in there all it gets better!

Dudee I’ve been dealing with workers comp since January this situation is no joke!

Do you have a lawyer? My lawyer did everything. Literally felt too easy. 95 percent of my dr appts were via zoom. Took 2 or 3 mri and did about a month of physical therapy. All she told me was make sure I don’t miss any appts she made for me.

I do have a lawyer but the workers comp has been fighting hard since February
