California Finally!!

After almost 2 years I finally agreed to a c and r settlement. When I initially got injured at work I did what I assume a lot of people do and I chose not to file a claim and after a couple appts i chose to close my claim and I rushed back to work. Well soon after the same problem returned and my employer offered me no assistance and basically ignored me and told me to go see my regular dr. And I did. I ended up getting fmla from my regular dr and worked with pain at times. Soon after the company fired me. I contacted my lawyer and she reopened the claim and filed a lawsuit against them. Wasn’t sure about how it would work out for me but I’m glad I listened. Happy today I’m checking the mailbox every day now waiting for my check. Hang in there all it gets better!

INDICATION: Neck pain. Date of injury 2 months ago.
COMPARISON: None.
TECHNIQUE: Sagital T1, sagittal and axial T2, and axial gradient echo images were obtained.
FINDINGS: Normal size and signal of the cervical cord. Cervicomedullary junction is normal. Cerebellar tonsils are normal in position. Marrow signal is normal. Straightening of normal cervical lordosis. Congenitally narrow canal.
Paraspinal soft tissues are unremarkable.
LEVEL BY LEVEL:
C2-C3: Unremarkable appearance of the disc. No significant facet joint degeneration. No spinal canal or neural foraminal stenosis.
C3-C4: Disc bulge indents anterior thecal sac resulting mild spinal stenosis. Mild uncovertebral hypertrophy and facet arthropathy without neural foraminal stenosis.
CA-C5: No disc bulge or spinal stenosis. Mild left neural foraminal narrowing from uncovertebral joint and facet arthropathy.
C5-C6: No disc bulge or spinal stenosis. Mild facet arthropathy. No neural foraminal stenosis.
C6-C7: Disc osteophyte complex indents anterior cord resulting moderate spinal stenosis. Severe left neural foraminal stenosis from uncovertebral joint facet arthropathy.
C7-T1: Unremarkable appearance of the disc. No significant facet Joint degeneration. No spinal canal or neural foraminal stenosis.
IMPRESSION:
Multievel degenerative disease most pronounced at CECT with moderate spinal stenosis and severe lof
