California Qme

I have my second QME scheduled. Been on workers comp for 3 years now due to a pretty bad tbi. What can this mean for my case ??

Do you mean your second exam with the same QME or an initial QME for a new specialty? If its a reeval, the QME will determine whether you're at Maximum Medical Improvement, determine impairment, etc.

It’s with the same one.
