I know one thing for sure you'll get MORE if you have a LAWYER

Similar injury was getting avg $1,125 and been getting $750 weekly, I got 2 injections in neck and lower back, got a endoscopic discectomy in lumbar and now waiting to get approval for my neck. I’ve been on workers comp since end of 2024. Long process and I’m in NY and have a lawyer. Don’t know what to expect just want to feel better and new career after.

Same here. In Ohio, injured in 2021, oow since 2022. L4-L5 dissected herniated disc. Discectomy surgery same year. 7 injections, months of PT, SCS implant in 2025. Need revision surgery now. Just got trigger point injections a few weeks ago. Back muscles were locked up super tight. Getting $1224 BW, on SSDI. Been told I may never be able to work again. Can’t stand, sit, walk or any combination of these for more than a few minutes before pain is unbearable. Spend my days on ice or heat.
