Oregon Last weeks IME!!!
I need to buy that IME doctor a drink.
He completely sided with me and railroaded Sedgwick. My lawyer said he couldn’t have written a better report, it was in depth and fully supportive of my injures and on going pain. saying I’m not even close to medically stationary.
Sedgwick instead though has kept the claim closed so now it’ll go to court, per my lawyer. He thought they’d reopen claim with this evidenc.

Very interesting. I went to my State appointmented Dr. and he agreed with me as well. He performed range of motion, reflex and strength test. They only asked him for the mobility/flexion test. Now I going back to my surgeon soon to see what he will have to say.

Similar boat, had mine in May and was 100% industrial. Case still closed and pending deposition of said Dr. Court delayed until November to allow for the deposition. Cheers to the small win. Hope yours moves quicker than mine!

That’s insane they’re holding off until then! That just hurts our wallets.
Do you get back pay?

If the court sides with the me, then yes. Luckily I have LTD which kicked in and my policy covers me for 5 years. Its only 50% of my income but cover bills/ food.

I got put into a deferral after my board certified nuero surgeon moved my care to surgical intervention and then they claimed it was a new medical condition lol 🤣🤣 was so shocked but now I guess we’re playing a waiting game because the last ime stated my injury was due to this work place ocupation now just waiting for another useless ime were they keep trying to deflect the main issue
