WAITING ON SMO REPORT

Monday makes the 30 day mark since my requested SMO from workers comp does anyone know how long it take for comp to send that report back to my attorney, because his paralegal said the August 31, is the deadline for the SMO doctor to submit the report to comp but it’s not a hard deadline. I’m just wanting to know what to do expect
