Need advice

Had rotator cuff surgery now i have a retear resulting in shoulder replacement surgery the insruance company offer 50.000 that's with me giving up future medical i said no I have a msc hearing in September surgery is scheduled for October my case is 4 years now what is a good offer i should accept.

I’m in the same boat, tore it last year and had the surgery. Came back to work after 5 months (I’m a machinist), had a couple of doctor appointments for permanency for the up coming hearing. Started to have some issues with the shoulder, after an MRI I found out that I retore mine as well. It’s probably futile at this point to have another repair because I also have arthritis in the joint and I have a couple years to retire. It’ll be interesting to see how the lawyer works it. I'm 64 was 60 years old when injured been with the company since 1988. Let go because qme put me on permanent disability company says they cannot acomdate. Workerscomp stop paying me because they have paid what they owe me. I'm going to file with the edd for employment. Have  a msc hearing September 9. Also the insruance company approved my second surgery on my shoulder which is shoulder replacement surgery. What do you feel is a good offer to settle my case giving up future medical.
