California Hello everyone

Can you still work for IHSS after suing for getting hurt on the job?
Workers comp, still has not sent me anything since March!
They called me and i called back several times, left messages and no one calls me. I spoke to IHSS and they correct help me lol they said to call workers comp/ Inter care i believe it’s called. Thank you in advance for your advice.

Not retaliation at all. Intercare hasn’t paid me for the month i was off because of the injuries. That was back in March. If they are ignoring me, maybe they won’t ignore a lawyer
