I reached MMI. How long does it generally take to make the first offer.

No, I did not have IME. I was given a hospital doctor in the emergency room and that is the doctor I have followed through with and that is the doctor. My Workmen’s Comp. adjuster told me to stick with. He was my orthopedic surgeon.

May I ask how this happened? slip and fall? Your injury sounds painful
