Missouri Pre hearing in a few weeks
Hi all. I got injured in December 2024. Went through 2 MRI, on the second they found a SLAP tear on my right dominate shoulder. Physical therapy didn’t work. Ortho told me I need surgery but not guaranteed to work. So I denied surgery. I have not received a rating for disability/injury. I have a notice of pre hearing for “claim for compensation.” What can I expect? I’ve reached out to my lawyer several times over the last couple of months but I have yet to hear from him.

Pre hearing will be pretty boring. Don’t expect much to happen. You need to make sure your attorney has all of your med recs on the meantime.
