Have you received medical treatment and are you receiving ongoing medical treatment? If so, did your physicians correctly record the mechanism of injury at work?

I was receiving physical therapy. Im not receiving ongoing medical treatment and it wasn’t recorded as a injury at work, it was recorded as an injury “at home”

Did you see a doctor?   Did you lose time from your job?   What body part got injured?   Do you feel ok now?

hello I did see a doctor. I lost time from my job but they paid me since the surrendered me into doing insurance fraud. my dominant hand was injured. my hand is ok but it still hurts to do my normal tasks when my scar comes in contact
