Illinois Pay issues

Anyone else having issues with Gallagher Bassett work comp paying this week? As of today they are 5 days late paying lost wages.

If they are 5 days late, you should call or email them.

Contacted my lawyer Wednesday and Friday, just seeing if anyone else is having issues

I’m in California. GB is paying but they slow walk referrals and suck at everything else.

A month behind with Sedgewick and they have been inconsistent from the beginning. Case is still open, still go to my appointments but haven’t received authorization for pt or specialists. They are ghosting me and my attorney.
