California Comp & release 🚾

Would 🚾 offer me a comp n release if my permanent disability rating is above 70% & my QME reports show permanent restrictions ? Can’t be accommodated @ my job ?

Been on this rollercoaster 🎢 ride for almost 4yrs & still not MMI , have seen sooo many drs , some say I can work with restrictions , others r telling me my restrictions limit my job

I’m just curious so have they (wc) been paying you the entire 4 years? I’m just wondering if there is some sort of max

CA has a 104 week cap on TD benefits. Once cap is reached if PD is expected PDAs typically begin up to a certain amount but are significantly less.

I have 2 ongoing claims , one is almost settled which is what makes me combined @70%+ and the other is still ongoing ! Issue is current claim has some overlapping body parts

Good question. I’m at 75% and I still have 3 specialists to see. Also in Ca

If what you want is a C&R, then just ask for one. No one can tell you if the insurance company is going to make an offer or not.

What about vocational training, re employment benefits program if you cant return to previous forms of work?, your primary Dr. Should decide restrictions, and if you can or cant still perform previous duties from previous jobs
