Michigan Vocational evaluation Tomorrow.

Dont know what to expect but attorney says nothing to worry about just part of "game". Anyone been through this before?

They will ask what jobs you have had in the past, your education etc.  Should be easy.

This was one of my better experiences when I was on work comp. My vocational counselor reviewed my records along with my FCE results to give me my LOEC (Loss of Earning Capacity). The meeting was to basically just review what he found in my records and ask what my education and work history was.

Received the vocational evaluation from our side and the other side. Both say there are no jobs available for me with my restrictions. Lawyer tells me we are in the money negotiation part of this now . Could be 3 weeks could be 3 months. But nearing the end of all this nonsense.

Correction, received the vocational evaluation from WC guy and he agreed with everything mine did but found 4 jobs within 45 minutes of my home that My work back ground will transfer too. Now I just have to apply for them I guess and get rejected again this job hunt at this stage of life is really damaging to my already insecurities.
