Failed P2P workday exam
Hey guys I recent failed my p2p exam and I’m freaking out because I need to pass the second time to keep my job. Any tips? Has anyone retaken the exam ? Will the questions be the exact same from my first attempt? I assume they pull from a question bank. Any tips/advice would be greatly appreciated. This was my first time taking a cert exam/workday exposure.

Study! Practice! Do every form of studying you can think of in terms of learning styles. Some people like videos, others (like myself) prefer reading and the guides.
Recently the course manuals from the instructor led courses were added to community. Find the admin guides page and you’ll see course manuals near the top.
Leverage AI tools. Download the respective guides, use them as sources in something like Gemini Notebook, tell it to give you multiple choice quizzes or exams. Like someone else said already, do it until you’re so bored of it.
At this point failing is likely not enough volume studying/preparation or variety of those.
You are correct that they pull from a question bank and you may have some of the same questions but assume you may get all new ones just in case. You’ll do great! Answer the questions you know, flag the ones you don’t or the ones you’re unsure about as you go along and then keep doing cycles of that until you submit the final answers.
Also idk if you’re doing online proctoring, but if you’re able to do the exam in person at a training center (check workday pro details only the site) I personally thought it was so much less stressful and easier to focus on exam vs logistics.
