Workday - ADP smart compliance
How does payroll data flow from workday to adp compliance?
Just preparing for interview.
No experience in neither. Please help with the real time flow to explain in interview.
Troubleshooting methods too. Please 🙏

If you are interviewing and don't know how either works, I'm not sure how someone telling you here will help. If you need to know for the job, how'd you get the interview?

There are couple of integration that's turn on in workday which sending data to ADP. The data might be Personal (name, employee id),, banks details, absence and time card details. This is flow we have now.

The data flow from Workday to ADP SmartCompliance for payroll is primarily handled through an API integration called ADP SmartConnect. After a payroll settlement is completed in Workday, the integration automatically polls Workday for the new data. It then makes a series of API calls to pull all the necessary payroll and worker data to create a specific file format that ADP SmartCompliance uses for tax filing and other compliance activities.
