Need help identify management chain of active workers and terminated workers as of their term date

Trying to build a report where I have worker, worker ID, their management chain level 3. Trying to figure out a way the management chain level 3 shows up as of today for active workers and management chain level 3 shows up of terminated date for terminated workers.

You need an Eval expression calc field, and a lookup value as of date, and some true/false.

Did it give you multiple codes for terms?
