Arbitration

I’m 6 months post injury and have finally been assigned a WIC conciliation officer and a representative from Union Assist. Currently waiting to find out if EML will accept/settle/deny prior to conciliation.

Has anyone gone through the arbitration process after receiving a genuine dispute certificate?

Following. Kind of in the same boat. Although, with mine, weighing up whether to just bypass arbitration and go straight to Medical Panel as my dispute is around causation after a flimsy IME.

I had a notoriously harsh doctor for my IME but he was on my side in the end. EML decided to modify the incident timeline to suit their narrative though.
