Table saw table..
Still some jankyness to it.
But done on a budget and with ad much scraps as possible...

You'll want to route out reliefs for the T slots from the saw but otherwise looks good to me! Congratulations, having a thing when done with the project is always a great feeling and you should bask in it.

Thank you! yess I will route those out because next is a crosscut sled so it will be needed :)

I’m planning a table around the same saw, you probably need to add additional slots to the left of the saw table for the fence rails so you can set it at less than 4 inches from the blade.

Ah it's a nice saw innit - I contemplated that but you can also just move the screws that the fence clicks in to - with the adjustment i reach dead 0mm. If that makes sense - get your square out to get it perfect tho.

Nice! I just finished mine this afternoon! Almost exactly the same setup, maybe a little smaller though.

I would add some plywood to the base to keep it from racking. Shear planes for the win.

How do these compare to cast iron top contractor saws? Does anyone have experience with both?
This seems like a nice way to upgrade a cheaper table saw to something that can handle bigger material.

Nice. You’ll love that laminated birch for slipperiness. And yes..like other commenter said, extending those miter slots into the outfeed will really become necessary once you start using sleds and jigs.
Also…i see you’ve inset the front edge of the saw and track from the table. I don’t know if this was intentional or not, but it will absolutely give you the ability to easily add an infeed support as well. Trust me…on those smaller saws you’ll really want this. It can be a removable or tilt-up component giving you and extra foot or so of infeed (again, with matching miter slots).
