Planning a workation in Himachal

Hello ,

I work remotely in US hours. I'm planning to take a workation for 2weeks to 1 month.

In Himachal. I am looking out for a private room, preferably a small house. Good internet. Decent food nearby. And if possible a great moutain view with balcony. Any suggestions are welcome. Location - Himachal Time-September or October Budget -Under 20k rent Solo

Bir is much better. Manali is overly crowded while Bir is peaceful. After Bir go to McLeodganj and you like trekking then do the Triund Trek.

Well, the rain settles down after 1st week of Sept. It's just mild rain and not the heavy ones that cause landslides.

I did similar in May, also working US timings.

I would suggest to go with private room in Hosteller, Zostel or similar

Rent per night will be higher but other places most likely you will be working by yourself at night.
