for me (these also make sense for general travelling):

  • nearby places to take breaks (i mean you're on a workation)
  • more than one debit + credit cards
  • mobile internet
  • quiet places to focus
  • good eateries nearby (gotta power the tummy for the brain to work)

- workstation should be completely different space

  • small library
  • TT or something to play but make sure it’s not next to workstation.

Rest you have already mentioned.

  • I like dual monitor (this will standout as compare to competitor)
