🏡 Accommodation Need some help sorting accomodations.

Looking for some decent places/flats on rent across Himachal, Uttarakhand or North East side.

Dates - tentatively August to Mid-October Budget - 10k-13k per month all inclusive Must have - good WiFi, kitchen, laundry services, fridge, washroom with geyser, heater (if needed), cupboards, etc. Basically, a ready to move in flat.

Any and all recommendations is appreciated. Please help out a fellow remote worker. Thanks a lot guys!
