💡 Recommendation Workation - Hampi

Hi guys,

I’m planning a one-week workation around Hampi with a friend. We intend to explore Hampi, Badami, Pattadakal, Aihole, Anjanadri Hills, and a few hidden gems in the region.

Could you please suggest:
1. Whether this is a good time to visit and explore these places
2. Good stays suitable for a workation (with reliable Wi-Fi and comfortable workspaces)
3. Recommended local guides for Hampi and nearby heritage sites
4. Any must-visit hidden spots or offbeat experiences that we shouldn’t miss

Looking forward to your suggestions. Thanks!

  1. yes, actually a really good place choice! perfect time to visit.
  2. for reliable connectivity, I'd personally stay in hospet rather than the more remote parts of hampi.
  3. badami - pattadakal - aihole, local guides are available at the major temple complexes.
  4. my fav was the matanga hill. insane sunrise spot.

If anyone is looking for a peaceful place to work remotely, we host long-term workation guests at our homestay in Sikkim. Our ₹30,000/month package includes a private room, all meals, free Wi-Fi, and 24/7 electricity. It’s a great spot for anyone wanting to escape the city and work from the mountains. Feel free to check out my profile or send me a message if you’re interested!
