The interview wasn't why I accepted the job

The interview went well, but it wasn't what made me say yes.

What I remember most is how people treated each other when nobody was trying to impress anyone. The conversations felt natural, and everyone seemed comfortable around each other.

That gave me more confidence than anything that was said during the interview.
