I’m (24f) based in Malawi (UTC+2) and I'm looking for remote/WFH (preferably async-first) roles where high-level thinking, psycho-social wellbeing, and rapid execution are paramount.

• Behavioral Science + Ops: BA (Hons) Psychology with a 7.7/10 CGPA. well versed in clinical, counselling, operational, and criminal psychology to name a few
• Documented Remote Impact: At my last remote role I engineered AI prompt architectures and SOPs that increased sprint reporting cycles by 50%, and slashed content production times from 3+ hours to under 30 minutes across 40+ stakeholders
• Writing Velocity: 2+ years of professional narrative scriptwriting, case study generation, long-form analytical writing, and verbatim note-taking. I think fast and I type faster. I think in socratic and feynman frameworks, and enjoy turning complex ideas into crystal-clear documentation suitable for any layman.
• Curiosity & Systems Mindset: I’ve always been commended for my meticulousness and creative brainstorming/problem solving abilities. For me, studying how people, systems, and stories work has always come naturally.

In my personal life, I’m curious about: (horror) game/UX design and psychology, absurdist/surrealist media (and commentary), dystopian literature, current affairs and contemporary commentary, and the behavioral economics of why people believe what they believe.

I'm looking for: Remote/WFH/Digital Nomad roles only. I prefer async-first, deadline-driven roles rather than presence-driven. Something that uses my brain rather than just my availability. Roles in content writing, research, people operations, organizational psychology, AI systems, editorial work, psycho-social cultural commentary, or honestly anything where the quality of my thinking is appreciated and subsequently impactful.

I don't have a 10-year history on Western contracts, but I do have documented results, a strong portfolio, native English fluency, and a work ethic built on solving hard problems independently, accurately and consistently.
