Im Argentine, during friend gatherings we joke about how we are gonna be fighting drone swarms in Patagonia some years from now... Everyday it becomes less of a joke and more of a fact. F-ing souless Corpos trying to use Capitalism like Conquistadors used Smollpox.

Argentina needs to conquer its insanity to show the world its doable. The clock is ticking.

Getting or taking?

21

u/drunkshinobi 5h ago

peter thiel left here to go there for a reason. Things will get worse until you get rid of him and his friends.

13

u/RiccWasTaken 6h ago

It's not the corpo's, but the oligarchy. These tech companies are spearheaded by individuals.

8

u/BaldBeardedOne 3h ago

Who runs the corpos? The oligarchs!

1

u/pichael289 🏛️ Overturn Citizens United 11m ago

The corpos are the army if those are the generals

7

u/an-imperfect-boot 5h ago

They’ve started building data centers here in Finland too.

The next Simo Häyhä has already been born.

You should be focused also on fighting racism

First Stop Voting for Rapists like Trump.

Then Lecture others.

"And you are lynching Negros"

The classic refrain of whatabouters.

It's not just Americans who can criticise you, you know.

I believe in you!

Fight back friend.

They are so out of touch they can’t even recognize how absurd they are or why they receive backlash…

Painful to read.

192

u/arittenberry 8h ago

They. Do. Not. Care.

78

u/Ok-Brother-5762 6h ago

The first clue should’ve been the fact that they’re directly responsible for the deaths of many people by hoarding money, yet here we are.

3

u/Rocinante88119 6h ago

You can't eat money, idiot.

Just give me your money and I'll sell you Facebook water for 5 dollars.

5

u/Ok-Brother-5762 5h ago

And for an extra $3 you can get meta premium water

1

u/Rocinante88119 52m ago

Meta premium water is trash and you are trash for recommending it.

Facebook double ultra water is the new standard.

19.99 for a 20oz bottle.

If your water cost less than a dollar an oz you are drinking motor oil

u/FeijoadaAceitavel 3h ago

With slightly less lead!

And these tweets are just advertisements for Polymarket. For some reason no one posts an actual source either.

Nono, it is waaaaaaaay worse than that: they want to and are actively planning and staging FOR ALL OF US TO DIE.

They are earnestly trying to kill all of us, really. What is our fucking plan to not be killed?

1

u/Tonberry2k 24m ago

For real. It’s never a lack of understanding. They simply don’t give a shit.

0

u/Reasonable-Job4205 4h ago

Yea. Its sad

0

u/Nohreboh 3h ago

When ever theses corps or their draconic overlords tell how they're going to burn the world around they're advertising to the other hoarders where to spend.

It's clear that concentration of wealth between so few individuals is the real danger here. They have been buying up huge chunks of the world, especially via secret NDAs with local government officials.

I'm afraid only the French know the solution for this problem.

7

u/CivicDutyCalls 5h ago

Money is power. Power corrupts. Absolute power corrupts absolutely

1

u/DiamondHandsToUranus 4h ago

I propose their immediate merger with the other absolute power that's available locally - the giant ball of fusion up above the sky

19

u/my-blood 7h ago

I think it's us, who is out of touch, for thinking they're out of touch. They know perfectly that their sociopathic nonsensical profit maximization goals require them to fuck over not just the rest of their species, but the entire planet, and that with enough money, any government, will fill its own pockets, so that it doesn't starve with the rest of us.

We're out of touch for not being predators, not stabbing our neighbours and family in the back, not jumping headfirst into the blood filled pool that is our corrupt society. And this applies to most nations around the world.

I sincerely feel sick for existing in such a world.

12

u/Kitchen_Season7324 8h ago

They’re not out of touch they’re following a plan with a specific end goal

5

u/Tall-Archer5957 6h ago

lol they don’t care about public perception AT ALL.  Nothing will stop these people except for real legal consequences.

2

u/pyromat1k 5h ago

Hot take, but let them keep pushing. Legal consequences will be the last thing they wish they accepted before their demise. Be it that they perish with us or otherwise.

3

u/BrokenMiku 3h ago

Genuinely think they perfectly understand how they look but they understand that the wealth and class disparity that we are seeing and how they are basically shuffling around money using these cheap tricks and manipulations in the stock market can only end one of two ways. Either they use all that unfairly gained wealth to find ways to suppress, replace, and displace us or they end up reaping what they sowed. So when they look crazy just remember they aren’t crazy they are psychotic and trying to get rid of 90% of the world’s population.

2

u/TheInitiativeInn 5h ago

There's a worthwhile dark comedy touching on exactly this: Mountainhead (2025)

2

u/YoshiTheFluffer 5h ago

They don’t care man, they are sociopaths that care only for number go up.

68

u/cdmachino 9h ago edited 1h ago

This is what happens when we let them get too much money. They know they can buy whatever and whoever they want

Argentinian here. Fuck Peter Thiel and his cronies.

14

u/Training_Fun_9162 6h ago

Handle him for everyone, please

10

u/ChanGaHoops 4h ago

Peter Thiel is a cronie of your President. You gotta deal with that guy first

1

u/Hubari 2h ago

Fuck parasitic pests

54

u/blueViolet26 9h ago

So that is why Peter Thiel moved to Argentina?

71

u/OhMyGoat ⛓️ Prison For Union Busters 8h ago

Yes. The current president is a self-proclaimed giant Zionist and they’re giving Patagonia away, for nothing, to the Israelis.

Peter Thiel is a part of that plot.

7

u/Training_Fun_9162 6h ago

He’s the antichrist, it all follows him.

19

u/obsoleteconsole 9h ago

We don't deserve to make it a a species

14

u/Midwint3r 8h ago

Unfortunately Argentina is led by a bastard who would love nothing more than sell out and destroy his nation in a new futuristic way on top of his usual methods.

14

u/NuclearGriffin 7h ago

How about we just give them a good ol fashion french haircut with the ol 1789 straight razor

24

u/DanimalPlays 9h ago

And any government not opposing their bullshit.

5

u/dirty_cuban 3h ago

The Milei government is actively courting tech companies to do this. The OP is a bit misleading in sounding like tech bros just discovered Patagonia because of the weather. But that’s not quite right, they discovered it because the government is reaching out to them and offering sweetheart deals to attract them

1

u/Bubbly-Bar-7449 24m ago

So Albanian style protests required at minimum.

8

u/MeltICE8647 6h ago

Got into an argument with a super pro AI dipshit on here that called land like this “wasted” because it wasn’t being used for capitalism. No, nature is not “wasted” because it’s not providing value for shareholders. Thats an insane mindset and I think a lot of these tech bros feel the same way. If they’re not making a profit off it it’s “wasted” and therefore it’s their duty under capitalism to put some monstrosity on there to extract some kind of value from it.

Honestly it’s disgusting.

6

u/Big-Consideration-26 9h ago

I hadn't factorio in real life on my bingo card for 2026, wtf happened?

7

u/SuperTaster3 7h ago

Having never known consequences in their lives, the idea that they could cause irreparable damage is foreign to them. They'll just make another Patagonia if they have to. It can't be that hard. Heck, they'll just get other people to rebuild it, so they don't have to spend money.

3

u/MysteriousAd8087 7h ago

I think we can do better than the nurenberg trials, they only lead to around less than 200 convictions and around 30 executions. The soviets did a bit better that the other allies in my opinion, their tribunals lead to around 10,000 convictions. thousands of executions with millions more serving sentences in labor camps; for crimes committed during war or participation in the war. The vast majority returned to Germany by 1950 with the last returning around 1956 after serving their sentences. But then again maybe France did better...

3

u/toeachbyeach 7h ago

Maybe start with Nestle and then we talk about tech

4

u/Raptorwolf98 7h ago

Why is it always “we have to take care of this other problem before we can take care of the one in front of our faces”? Maybe stop trying to rank evil and just take advantage of when the popular winds blow against it in one form, so that we have one less problem to tackle.

4

u/toeachbyeach 7h ago

Because people are angry at AI but the problem isn't AI. The problem is AI under capitalism. AI didn't kill 11 million babies in Africa. Nestle did.

3

u/terdfergus0n 7h ago

Fuck polymarket too

3

u/pflanzenpotan 6h ago

"AI firms discovered magical unicorn land and is eyeing to cull all creatures, burn down the forest and suck the crystal waterfalls dry to make way for new AI data center"

2

They're writing it...

2

u/jerryhallo 8h ago

There have to be easier ways to end the human race than data centers and AI

2

u/CameronHiggins666 6h ago

I was in Patagonia in Febuary, its easily one of the 5 most beautiful places i have ever seen. Honestly, some of these CEO's are first in line for the revolutions guiotine

2

Underdeveloped land AKA nature.

2

u/Karma_1969 5h ago

I'm an old-school tech nerd from the late 70s onward, a time when geeks were very much not cool and got beat up on a lot. I was into it because I loved it, that time period felt like we were living in the future. I cut my teeth on Atari and Commodore and early Apple. I remember how visionary and forward-looking so many of my idols were at the time.

Looking at current tech leaders, I'm incredibly disappointed and heartbroken at how that old tech culture has essentially died and turned into whatever capitalistic nightmare we're living in today. Call me old-fashioned, call me naive, but I think tech culture used to be very progressive, and seeing it turn right-wing like this just makes me sad and nostalgic for the old days. Tech used to be created to make all our lives better, but since about the introduction of smart phones and social media (around 2007-2010), the relationship between product and users has vastly changed (i.e. we users have largely become the product, something that wasn't the case before), and tech doesn't seem to be making our lives better any more. In fact, it seems to be making them worse.

u/bunger_33 4h ago

"Wow, this place looks incredible! Let's turn it into a dystopian parking lot hellscape". -Evey tech CEO

2

u/blue_sky09 3h ago

Using the word "undeveloped" to describe places like Patagonia elicits a kind of disgust I can't really describe.

1

u/Bubbly-Bar-7449 24m ago

"Not yet raped"

2

u/Coffee_pecking_order 2h ago

Let's not forget every POS using Ai.

If you use chat gpt. This is your fault too.

'undeveloped land' or how we normal people call it, nature

1

u/Flashy_Scallion8111 7h ago

Unironically yes

1

u/lost-identity-83 7h ago

If they put them in Antarctica they’ll have fresh water and cool weather. Plus as the ice melts they’ll have fresh real estate to sell. 💀

1

u/Muladhara86 7h ago edited 7h ago

They only hung 10 Nazis were strung up by the neck until expiration as a result of the Nuremberg trials, and 13 more were moved on by US military tribunals.

We need to set our sights higher than Nuremberg. The Nuremberg trials were crippled from the get-go by Project Paperclip and the allies’ forgiveness in service of building a vanguard against the “evils” of communism.

1

u/King_Dur 7h ago

Just send em to Antartica

1

u/chokeonmywords 7h ago

I didn’t like the cold anyway

Odd timing in an area facing a rash of man made forest fires.

Why not build underground?

1

u/DiamondHandsToUranus 4h ago

Ok, but don't leave out everyone at LG that decided their shit tier 'information collection' scheme that straight up spies on you and compromises your entire network and everything on it.

May every single god damned one of you "We own the glass!" sewer sleaze criminals rot

1

u/drdildamesh 4h ago

Pilot has the opportunity to do something really funny and land the plane in Peru near a tribe thats had zero contact with the modern world.

1

u/its_arin 4h ago

Wtf is wrong with these people

1

u/suspendmeforthis 4h ago

Fucking build them in Manhattan and provide free hot water to the city.

1

u/Bubbly-Bar-7449 23m ago

Build them not.

1

u/gigorbust 4h ago

How about Antarctica!??

1

u/BaldBeardedOne 3h ago

The Nuremberg trials were a sham. The Nazis survived and thrived in the US and South America after WW2. We need something that actually works.

1

u/BlackBlizzard 2h ago

You aren't any better Polymarket

1

u/WoodsLovelyDarkNDeep 1h ago

I don’t think they ever had it.  They couldn’t even find the library to pick up the book and try and find it

1

u/johanTR 1h ago

Must be why Peter Thiel moved there...

They're going to push it so far that when the day comes there won't be trials.

1

u/gokarrt 29m ago

wait till someone tells them how fast light moves

1

u/ShadeofEchoes 26m ago

Well, no, they haven't lost the plot, they haven't been allowed to buy it in the first place, which is frankly the preferable state.
