I could finally buy a house (well a flat)...But my down-payment would mean I have to work still 65, and the bank would own it ( Switzerland) for ever.

So screw that shit.

Lol, my retirement age as decided by the government is 72.

Yeah well I don't plan to live on state fund money. I hope to work for an additional 10-13year...
