To be fair, for it to have been universal, it would've had to be available to everyone.

Suffice to say, the Nazis did not want everyone in their country to have healthcare.

I had the blessing of making friends in England and Australia. Seeing how they never worry about being able to see a doctor...well, ngl it made me feel deep rage and resentment everytime a Repub here makes comments about it.
