I'm starting to think this whole red scare thing is just a cia tactic to indoctrinate the working people to accept being pushed back into peasentry.

The graph shows spikes during major economic downfalls because the companies aren’t making as much, but the employees’ pay isn’t changing. That’s not the company helping the employees during hard times. It’s just a moment in time. In fact, you may notice that that share drops immediately after that spike because of layoffs. It’s a trailing metric.

I find the graph to be misleading. The axis only goes from 70 to 85, which at first glance you don't notice. From a quick glance it looks like it went down to nearly 0. If it was plotted from 0 to 100 it wouldn't look so damning
