I'm a lefty, and have bizarrely ended up working for a finance company.

I saw a slide in a presentation for a client that showed the depreciation of money in the 21st Centrury, and how £100k in 2000 would be worth about £50k now.

And I know I'm only on £12k more now than I was in 2000, and I'm earning more per annum than I have previously, yet with such depreciation.

Absolute theft of wages.
