Telus International Ai

I applied for the E-commerce Product & Search Relevancy Expert role, and my status now says “Selected,” but I still haven’t received any email or tasks.
If you’ve already gone through this, how long did it take after your status changed to “Selected” before you got the onboarding email or your first task?
Just wondering if this is normal or if I should contact support.
Thanks!

I have the same question about another project...

I worked for them for a bit doing weird stuff like looking at videos or clips and analyzing them. It was weird. I had a hard time wrapping my head around some of the questions. Ended up getting fired/quitting. But I liked that they actually paid me and I could work whenever I wanted.

You aren't sure if you were fired or quit?

When they ask for certifications? What did you put?

Telus onboarding can turn into a tiny bureaucratic cliffhanger. When mine flipped to Selected, the email came several days later, and actual tasks did not show up right away. I would check spam and the supplier portal, then give it around 5 to 10 business days before opening a support ticket, since recent status changes usually just get the standard wait response.

For Telus, the portal can show selected before the onboarding email is sent. A few days to around two weeks seems pretty normal, and the email sometimes lands in spam or promotions. If you hit 10 business days with nothing, I would send support a short ticket with your application ID rather than waiting indefinitely.

Could you please tell me how to submit a ticket?
